The big picture:

When you visit our website, Squarespace will, on our behalf, collect the usual cookies to help us optimise the site’s performance, and to get an approximate idea of how people got to know about us. This information is not identifiable with your person, but it is identifiable with your IP address.

When you fill out a form on this website, the personal information you provide (specifically your name and email ID) will be stored on Mailchimp, which we use for our collaboration’s communications, in compliance with GDPR.

When you make a purchase on this website, your billing address will be stored on Squarespace, and your payment method information will be processed by the payment gateway provider of your choice (Stripe or Paypal). We do not collect or store your payment method information. We do not share your billing address with any third parties whatsoever.

Before attending a training, you will be required to create an account on Mighty Networks, the platform on which we deliver the training content and enable optional community engagement. Your account information (name, email ID) will therefore be stored by Mighty Networks. The content you share on Mighty Networks (your stories, thoughts, comments, images, etc) will continue to be fully owned by you (as per MN’s terms and conditions), and unless you share it privately, will be accessible to all other SWoN Series Cohort 1 participants who are part of the same online community.

During a training: Our Core (training) Sessions will be recorded, however neither your name as an attendee or likeness will appear on recordings, unless you specifically choose to present during a session and explicitly consent to being recorded. The Facilitated Integration Sessions are not recorded at all.
