SWoN Training Series: 3-Month Acceleration Program

Our Terms & Conditions

Definitions

“Agreement” means these training Series terms and conditions.

“Series” means the training Series as described on this website and purchased by the participant.

“Participant” refers to the individual or entity that has purchased the Series as set out on this website.

“Organiser” refers jointly to And Now What and akrH3, as represented by their formally designated managers or members. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, a written confirmation by or agreement with either of the two entities constitutes a written confirmation by or agreement with the Organiser as a whole.

Intellectual Property Rights / Copyright

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, design rights and know-how in or relating to the course or course materials that are provided, or made available in connection with the delivered course, remain the sole property of the Organiser or the copyright holder as stated in the material - unless a different specific license to reuse or distribute is explicitly attached to a specific part of the contents of the Series, such as any actionable resources or templates shared with participants.

No copies may be made of course materials either whole or in part or provided to, shown to, or used by a third party unless expressly agreed in advance in writing by the copyright holder, or unless the part is covered by a separate and specific license.

It is a responsibility of the Participant to verify which specific parts of the content are licensed for reuse or distribution, and under what specific conditions - which may differ from one part or resource to another.

Payment, Cancellation & Money-Back Guarantee

Your participation in the Series is secured only after you finish the online registration procedure, including direct payment.

Once you have completed your registration, your attendance is non-cancellable. In case you are unable to attend the Series along with the rest of the cohort and you are not satisfied with the option of accessing all the content from recordings at a later date, to which you will have unlimited access, you may:

  • Designate another participant (who has not yet registered for the Series) to participate in your stead, by contacting us.

  • Defer your attendance to a future cohort of the Series. If the Organiser does not launch another cohort within 180 days of this cohort’s completion, you will be refunded.

Installment plans

Once you have registered for one of our products, and if you choose to pay in 3 installments, you are legally committing to pay the full 3 installments for that product. We provide the installment option as a service to make participation more financially accessible for everyone, not as a cancel-anytime subscription model. If you fail to complete a due installments in time, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Organiser, your access to course material, the online community and other parts comprising the offering of the Series will be revoked, until all outstanding payments are cleared. However, such a removal of access does not modify one’s purchase of the whole Series and hence does not relieve a Participant from the obligation to complete all 3 installments.

What we guarantee

Once you have registered for one of our products, you can only ask for a refund under the specific following conditions:

Money-back guarantee with questions asked:

  • We promise to provide the content, resources and experience as advertised. If these three aspects overall do not meet your expectations, and you are genuinely unhappy with the value you receive from the Series, you may claim 100% money back within 1 week of attending the final session.

  • For your request for a refund to be granted, you will need to constructively fill out a Series Feedback Form, explaining why the Series was not what you expected or provide feedback on how to improve the Series.

  • Additionally, your request must be reasonably congruent with the Session Feedback Forms you provided throughout the Series.

  • (You may claim this guarantee by contacting us).

Limits to our guarantee

  • While the Series is intended to enable you to initiate and/or drive interventions in your organisation or with client organisations, thus contributing to a systems change, we cannot guarantee you will in fact be able to launch these interventions, nor that your efforts will be effective. Your ability to bring about these interventions and secure their desired outcomes will be dependent on your individual capacity to do so (such as your social and political capital in an organisation, and competence levels), and on the openness and receptivity of your colleagues and the broader organisation or organisations.

  • What we guarantee to deliver is the content, resources and experience as advertised. They amount to the most persuasive material that we are aware of. We believe they collectively fully equip you to become a change agent - by introducing the recommended interventions in your current or future professional environments.

Participant’s Responsibilities: What we expect you to do

We expect you to create an account and, during the Series delivery period, tune in regularly on our Mighty Networks Platform, where the Series’ delivery, materials and communications will be concentrated, as well as multiple opportunities for deeper engagement.

We expect you to engage in the course materials, sessions and community to the level that fits your ambition, situation and personal conditions best, according to our Delivery Model; as well as to take up responsibility for the (level of) integration of the learnings and takeaways in your personal and professional context.

We expect you to take responsibility for your own privacy and wellbeing during your participation in the Series, in addition to the care we take to do so. If you wish to stay anonymous at certain points, or you feel you need personal attention, please notify us, so that we can attend to your needs.

We expect you to respect the privacy and wellbeing of other participants, as well as displaying prosocial behaviors when engaging the community.

Revisions of these Terms and Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Given this will be the first run of the Series, and not all circumstances may have been accounted for, we reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions even mid the Cohort’s cycle, if it is in the interest of most participants and their learning and experience.

If you register for the Series, you will be notified of any subsequent changes to the Terms and Conditions by email. Revisions to these Terms and Conditions that are undertaken in good faith, in the interest of most participants, do not constitute a ground for cancellation of one’s participation or for refund. Thank you for your understanding.
